Two-Person Exhibition Summer 2025

Field of Play is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) contemporary art gallery in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Founded in 2022 by Matt Logsdon and run by a dedicated team of artists and curators, FoP presents artist-driven exhibitions and programming that expand visibility for emerging and underrepresented artists, connect diverse ideas, and foster a collaborative community.
About the Exhibition
Field of Play is excited to announce our open call for Summer 2025. Artists and collectives working in all mediums are invited to submit their work to be considered for a two-person exhibition at the gallery curated by Yulia Topchiy. The theme of the exhibition will be determined from submissions. The show will be on view from July 19th, 2025 through August 10th, 2025.
Deadline: 11:59pm, May 15th, 2025
Application Fee: $15 paid via Venmo
Submission Guidelines
Artists may submit up to five works. (JPEG format, 300 dpi, 10 MB max)
Links to time based media accepted.

Artists outside NYC are eligible to apply; however, artists are responsible for delivering their work to the gallery.
Artwork submitted must be ready to hang or install.
Submissions will be also be considered for future exhibitions, projects, and featured on our social media.
Exhibition Details
The theme of the exhibition will be determined based on submissions.
Selected artists will be notified June 2nd.
Artwork must arrive at the gallery by July 13th.
The exhibition will open on July 19th, 2025 and close August 10th, 2025.
Artists will receive 50% commission of final sale.

The FoP Team
Yulia Topchiy is a curator, art consultant, and business strategist with over 20 years of experience in the art world. Based in New York, she specializes in business development, intellectual property (IP) strategies, and blockchain solutions for artists, galleries, and art fairs.
Currently part of Arcual’s business development team, Yulia focuses on blockchain innovations that enhance transparency in art transactions. She has advised artists, estates, and startups, helping them expand their reach and maximize the value of their IP.
Previously, she co-founded Assembly Room, supported emerging artists and curators, built an international art dealer network at Artsy and Finarta, and led customer success at Phillips. At Masterworks, she developed strategies for secondary market sales, fractional investment, and acquisitions.
A frequent panelist and juror, Yulia is committed to fostering innovation and meaningful connections in the art ecosystem.
